When you invest in a designer bag, you want to know exactly where it comes from. Here is how we choose our pieces and how we look after them on their way to you.
Sourced from luxury boutiques in Italy and France
Our new-season pieces are sourced from established luxury boutiques in Italy and France. We select these partners for their reputation, the authenticity of their stock and their access to the most sought-after pieces of each season.
We only work with boutiques that meet our standards. It is how we can offer a refined selection of genuine designer pieces, so you can shop with confidence.
Pre-owned and vintage pieces
Alongside new-season bags, we offer a curated selection of pre-owned and vintage pieces from Hermès, Chanel, Louis Vuitton and Gucci, sourced from established specialist dealers in pre-owned luxury. Every one of them is clearly marked as pre-owned, and its product page describes it as it is: its condition, its year when known, and exactly what comes with it, such as the box, the dust bag or the authenticity card. Each piece is one of a kind: once it has found its new owner, it is gone.
New pieces, with original packaging
Our new-season bags are brand new. They ship with their original packaging whenever available: the branded box, the dust bag or protective bag, the authenticity or care cards and the product tags.
Each product page also lists the bag's details as the house describes them, including its materials, measurements, place of manufacture and, when available, its style reference.
Prepared with care before it reaches you
Before your order is sent, it passes through our fulfilment centre in France. There, we prepare it with care: we check that it matches what you chose, with everything its product page lists as included, and we pack it to travel well by express delivery. If anything arrives damaged or not as described, contact us and we will put it right.
Delivered by express courier
Your order travels with our delivery partners DHL and FedEx and usually arrives within 7 to 10 business days of your order confirmation, with tracking from dispatch to your door. See our Shipping Policy for delivery destinations and costs.
If something is not right
If anything about your order is not as you expected, contact us at [email protected] and we will look into it with you straight away. You can also return a bag within 14 days of delivery, unused and in its original condition, under our Returns Policy.
